Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates fell in 81 of North Carolina's 100 counties in March. Forty-two counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 4.1 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.1 of a percentage point from the February revised unemployment rate.
Unemployment rates decreased in 13 of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
