North Carolina's unemployment rate for July remained unchanged from the revised June rate of 4.2 percent. This is 0.5 of a percentage point higher than the U.S. rate at 3.7 percent.
Seasonally adjusted Total Nonfarm employment increased by 10,500 in July to 4,572,200.
