North Carolina's unemployment rate fell 5.2 percentage points from the revised May rate of 12.8 percent. This is 3.5 percentage points lower than the U.S. rate at 11.1 percent.
Seasonally adjusted Total Nonfarm employment increased by 173,200 in June to 4,234,700.
