Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates decreased in 97 of North Carolina's 100 counties in November. Fifty-nine counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 3.4 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.3 of a percentage point from the October revised unemployment rate.
Unemployment rates decreased in all of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
