Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates decreased in 92 of North Carolina's 100 counties in November. Fifty-five counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 3.8 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.1 of a percentage point from the October revised unemployment rate.
Unemployment rates decreased in all of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
