This report details state action to capture back and return to the state treasury previously awarded grant or incentive funds, for a variety of circumstances.  These reports are published by the North Carolina Department of Commerce twice a year, in April and October.

The Clawback Report includes performance and other data for these programs:

  • Job Development Investment Grant (JDIG)
  • The One North Carolina Fund
  • Community Development Block Grants (CDBG)
  • The Industrial Development Fund (IDF), and the IDF's Utility Fund, also known as the Utility Account
  • Economic Infrastructure Grants from the Rural Grants program
  • Building Reuse Grants from the Rural Grants program

This report is published as required by North Carolina General Statute 143B 435.1(d)
