NCWorks Certified Career Pathways Impact Report

This One-Year Impact Report was published in Dec. 2018, and contains valuable information on the early successes of the Career Pathways initiative in North Carolina. Currently, Career Pathways are certified by local workforce development boards. Local partners wishing to create new pathways, using lessons learned from this report, should contact a local workforce development board.
