The United States Small Business Administration can provide low interest business loans for companies trying to recover from specifically declared disasters in their area.   This fact sheet outlines an opportunity involving Hurricane Helene.  Although issued primarily as a South Carolina declaration, several North Carolina counties are made eligible with this declaration.
