The North Carolina Jobs Plan - Recommended Strategies for Economic Growth 2014-2024 was published in December 2013 by the North Carolina Economic Development Board, a body that is no longer active.  The plan offers a road map and recommendations for economic development in North Carolina and remains an important reference point for policymakers and economic developers in the state.
