This document provides notice than an official public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2025 regarding a substantial amendment to the 2024 North Carolina Annual Action Plan (AAP) and inclusion of the Rapid Unsheltered Survivor Housing-ESG Disaster Recovery (RUSH) Program.  This process is related to the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG).
