To transmit updated guidelines including new report forms for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program Enhancement Grant Application and to change expiration date to indefinite.  The Division of Workforce Solutions (DWS) has developed a systematic approach to reviewing and approving Local Workforce Development Board requests for funding to support enhanced WIOA services. This Policy Statement rescinds PS 16-2017.
