DRAFT | Guidelines, CDBG Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Program

This draft document contains proposed guidelines for the new Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Program, part of the Community Development Block Grant Program.  The program aims to preserve long-term housing affordability for residents of manufactured housing or a manufactured housing community (MHC), to redevelop MHCs, and to primarily benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents.
