Draft | Proposed Guidelines for the One North Carolina Small Business Program
As required by North Carolina General Statute § 143B-437.82, the North Carolina Department of Commerce is publishing for public comment several proposed amendments to the Guidelines for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I Incentive Funds Program under the One North Carolina Small Business Program (§ 143B-437.80).

Public comments on the proposed amendments to the Guidelines will be accepted in written form until 5 p.m. EST on Monday, September 9, 2024. Written comments are to be provided to the Office of Science, Technology, & Innovation of the N.C. Department of Commerce by e-mail delivery to the following address: chris.schmidt@commerce.nc.gov. Alternatively, comments may be provided by mail or hand delivery, as follows:
