This document details North Carolina's formal application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for funds from the new Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Program, part of the Community Development Block Grant Program aimed to support people in manufactured housing units or communities. The program aims to preserve long-term housing affordability for residents of manufactured housing or a manufactured housing community (MHC), to redevelop MHCs, and to primarily benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents.
If North Carolina is awarded funds from the program, local communities can apply to us for support under the program.
